- BOOKING CONDITION : Booking must be made ASAP to secure the spaces for your

- Rate quoted NET PERSON in Indonesian Rupiahs
- Child rate will be applied on Child who is equal to or below 5 years old only
- Infant equal to or under 2 years old will be changed 50% for airline ticket (if airline ticket
- is include)

- Please kindly advise us your acceptance as soon as possible so that the hotels reservation will be proceed.
- This is only a quotation and no reservation has been made at any hotel(s) booking.
- Complimentary 1 bottle mineral water/day.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a reservation has to be cancelled, customers will be changed a fee depending on how far from the departure date the cancellation takes place.
- 30 or more days prior to departure – 50% of total purchase amount
- 14-07 days prior to departure – 75% of total purchase amount
- 06-00 days prior to departure – 100% of total purchase amount
- Day of departure or no show – 100% of total purchase amount
Notification day and departure day are NOT counteed. Unused features are non- refundable. The above cancellation policy is AILARAEEZ standard policy. Some tours may have their own cancellation policy listed on the tour page, in that case the tour page cancellation policy will take precedence.
